I’ve been using Meno Balance for 2 months and all I can say is wow! They really worked for me. Meno balance gummies have made such a difference to me since I started taking them about 6 months ago. All my perimenopause symptoms have eased and I feel more in control. HIGHLY recommended to anyone struggling with the first signs of peri/menopause :)
Found these gummies and decided to try them. I was having hot flushes and sweats through day and at night ,couldnt sleep as was always too warm. Noticed a difference after a few days on these, but after a month these flushes and sweats have gone, easier to sleep as well. Took other supplements for mood etc so cant comment if these make a difference to other symptoms on their own. Finished my other supplements now so well see how these go on their own. But defo recommend for flushes. Half way through my 2nd bottle now . Best thing is they taste great.

Yummy and effective particularly in balancing moods and other symptoms love the flavour.
Ok for me they didn’t work so good as the hormone balance gummies were more suited, however for my partners mother they helped her massively she felt calmer more relaxed and the night sweats eased massively she uses them regular and swears by the helping her. They took a few weeks for them to start to see improvement in her but now won’t be without them.
