I was very sceptical at first, about these gummies, having suffered with insomnia for 40 years. After persisting with them for a few days, I am now sleeping so much better, and believe these gummies have really worked.

why combine Meno Balance with snooze?
Okay, admittedly this may not be for everyone. I struggle to stay asleep and on and off struggle to get to sleep. I was a bit skeptical and had added these onto my skin hair&nails gummies to give them a go. I started on these gummies about 2 months ago and find that they definitely help. I find I'm not as restless during the night and can stay asleep most nights. I find they work quite quickly and fall asleep about 15-20 minutes after taking them. No complaints here 😁
